Service Terms and Conditions

Initial Service and Chemical Balancing

A full chemistry test will be performed during the first service visit. The customer will be billed for all chemicals required to achieve proper initial water balance. Throughout the year, additional chemicals such as stabilizer, shock, algaecides, conditioner, calcium, total alkalinity, and salt may be needed—these are billed to the customer as used.

Scope of Service

This agreement covers routine cleaning and chemical maintenance only. It does not include:

Repairs

Service calls

Equipment inspections

Special clean-ups due to storms, hurricanes, high winds, or other unusual conditions

Filter deep-cleaning (unless separately requested and quoted)

In the event of inclement weather, chemicals will be applied as scheduled, and cleaning will be completed during the next visit.

Repairs

Repairs under $50 will be completed immediately.

Repairs exceeding $50 will require prior customer approval.

If Molina Pool Services Corp is not licensed or equipped to perform a repair, we may subcontract the work upon customer request to ensure it is completed properly.

Additional Services

Extra services may be provided at an additional, agreed-upon rate. Upon request, a 50 lb. bucket of 3" chlorine tablets can be left at the property and billed to the customer.

Payments

Payments are due in full by the 10th of each month.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, online payment, and check.

A $15 late fee will be applied for payments received after the 10th.

If a customer account remains unpaid beyond the 10th, the full balance becomes immediately due, and this agreement may be terminated without further notice.

Access to Property

The customer must ensure unobstructed access to the pool and related equipment on service dates. If access is not possible upon arrival, a $25 rescheduling fee will be applied.

Pets must be secured away from the pool area during service visits.

After-Hours & Holiday Schedule

Services are not performed after hours or on holidays.

If a regular service day falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule.

No services are provided during the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day, plus one additional week off annually for vacation or sick time as needed.
